Analyze
We start with a consultation to understand your business requirements. Once we’ve gathered them, we determine the best technology and approach for the project and present our findings back to you to confirm we’re aligned before any work begins.
Quote & Approve
After the analysis is approved, we provide a proposal outlining scope and price. Once you approve it, we assign a team to the project - typically including a project manager, lead designer, lead developer and quality assurance specialist.
Mockup
Depending on the project, we create mockups and design templates that reflect the specifications we gathered. You review and approve the mockups before development starts.
Create
With mockups approved, development begins. This stage covers database architecture, code architecture, and implementation of both the design and the underlying functionality. On larger projects we document functional requirements so every developer has a clear understanding of what they’re building.
Stage & Test
Once development is complete, the project moves to our staging environment for testing. Our quality assurance process checks the application against the approved mockups and the agreed business and functional requirements before anything goes live.
Release
After quality assurance signs off, you get a final chance to review the work before we set a release date and time. On release day, your project goes live to its intended audience. Small changes are handled directly; larger changes go back through the process.
